Refund & Return Policy
At Koffee @ Kerrie’s Korner, we want our customers to enjoy fresh, high-quality coffee and products.
Because coffee and food-related items are consumable goods, we generally do not accept returns on opened, used, or perishable products.
Refunds or replacements may be offered if:
The item arrives damaged
The wrong item was received
The order is missing an item
There is a quality issue with the product
To request help with an order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item/package if damaged, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Items must be unused and in original condition when applicable.
Refunds are reviewed case by case. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
For mobile coffee cart service bookings, deposits or booking fees may be non-refundable depending on the event date, preparation, and cancellation timing.
