Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other issues outside our control.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.
